Thanks for shopping at Mirra Fashionz (https://mirrafashionz.com). If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

All sale items are final and non-refundable. Any purchases made at discount with our coupons are also final and non-refundable. Please take note before purchasing.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). For all orders that were processed, we charge a cancellation fee of $40 per item purchased. So $40 is removed from the money you are refunded per item you purchased. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the items on our website Mirra Fashionz (https://mirrafashionz.com).

If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact us and we are happy to help you with the process.

Please return unused items within 30 calendar days with a recommended tracking.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
